NTEI Embroidery Design License Agreement<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

This License Agreement (\u201cAgreement\u201d) governs the use of embroidery design files (\u201cDesigns\u201d) purchased or downloaded from NTEI Embroidery Library<\/b>, operated by Naija Tailors Empowerment Initiative (NTEI). By downloading or using any Design, you agree to the terms below.<\/p>

1. License Grant
<\/b>Upon purchase or authorised download, NTEI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license<\/b> to use the Designs for personal and commercial embroidery production purposes.
You may:<\/p>

  • Use the Designs an unlimited number of times<\/li>
  • Stitch the Designs onto garments, accessories, textiles, and finished physical products<\/li>
  • Sell finished embroidered physical items created using the Designs<\/li>
  • Modify stitch settings within embroidery software solely for production purposes<\/li><\/ul>

    2. Restrictions
    <\/b>You may NOT:<\/p>

    • Resell, share, sublicense, redistribute, gift, or transfer the Design files in any format<\/li>
    • Upload the Designs to marketplaces, file-sharing platforms, or online libraries<\/li>
    • Convert the Designs into other digital formats for distribution<\/li>
    • Claim ownership or authorship of the original Designs<\/li>
    • Include the Designs in bundles, templates, or digital products for resale<\/li><\/ul>

      3. Ownership
      <\/b>All embroidery Designs remain the intellectual property of Naija Tailors Empowerment Initiative (NTEI). This Agreement provides usage rights only and does not transfer ownership.<\/p>

      4. Permitted Commercial Use
      <\/b>Commercial use refers exclusively to sale of physical embroidered products<\/b> created using the Designs. No additional royalty is required for such use.<\/p>

      5. Termination
      <\/b>This license will terminate automatically if any violation occurs. Upon termination, you must cease use of the Designs and delete all copies in your possession.<\/p>

      6. Disclaimer
      <\/b>Designs are provided \u201cas is.\u201d NTEI shall not be liable for any damages, production losses, or compatibility issues arising from use of the Designs.<\/p>
